My name is Claudia Suleiman.

I was born and raised in Miltenberg, Germany. I moved to Jamaica in 1991 and
have dual citizenship.
I love Jamaica, music, swimming, yoga & vegetarian food, Ayurveda, herbs & spices.
Since early 2020 my interest shifted to medical use of plants & herbs, stimulating
the immune system and strengthening the body's defenses, along with Yoga classes to balance body, mind and soul.
